People come to us when a tenancy ends, when money runs out, when home stops being safe. We put in the practical help and the person in their corner. What happens next is theirs.
Our Staff
It takes over 100 people to keep IMPAKT running. Housing coaches, skills coaches, resettlement coaches. Domestic abuse outreach coordinators. Retail assistants and cleaners. A food team, with volunteers alongside them. Finance, IT, fundraising, marketing, people and culture.
