Refund, Return, and Cancellation
If you would like to return an unwanted product purchased online, you have 14 days to inform us. We must receive the item within 30 days of the purchase date. The cost of returning the item to us is your liability.
If the item is faulty, you have 30 days to notify us of this, from the purchase date. Depending on how it was delivered we will arrange return to us for a full refund of the purchase price. After 30 days if a fault is found with your item that was not there at purchase we will repair or replace your item where appropriate. If you find a fault 6 months or more from purchase, with your item, you must be able to prove the item was faulty upon purchase. We can only accept returns from the original purchaser of the item.
Electrical goods have 6-month warranty from purchase.

The item became damaged when the you tried to repair it or someone else tried to repair it
Shipping Methods
Collection
If you purchase for collection in store we will send you an email to let you know the item is ready for collection. You may then collect it any time, during our trading hours. We do not provide you with protective materials to cover your purchased items for transportation. There is no loading bay at the store however one is available on Bedford High Street. If you do not collect your item within 14 days your purchase will be refunded.
Local Delivery
If you are within 30 miles of our store and choose local delivery at checkout we will be in contact to arrange this. Delivery will be from 24 hours after purchase, delivery time slots are Tuesday to Friday, 11-3, and Saturday 11-1. Someone must be home to receive and sign for the delivery. If you are not present when we deliver, the item will be returned to the store, and you will be charged again for the re-delivery, at the original rate. If you do not arrange re-delivery within 14 days from purchase, the item will be refunded, less delivery costs.

Small Item Postage
We will ship your product within 1 working day (Tuesday – Saturday) of your purchase. If your purchase is outside of our opening hours it will be 1 working day from the next working day we are open.
For example an order placed at 9pm on a Monday will be shipped at the latest on Wednesday.
