what do we do?
Our Skills Coaches deliver a wide range of therapeutic and practical workshops & courses for residents to access, including: arts & crafts, gardening, up-cycling, cooking, nutrition, self-care, health & fitness, budgeting, CVs & job application, tenancy rights & responsibilities and more.
The sessions are flexible, creative and tailored to the goals and aspirations of the individual, helping them to realise their potential and grow in confidence.
SKILLS COURSES

MONEY MANAGEMENT
Money management we discuss how to budget our money to ensure the most important expenditures around living are prioritised, as well as identifying what type of spender we are and ways of spending wisely.

UPCYCLING
Upcycling takes residents on a creative journey – turning old things into new and unique objects they can be proud of. This helps to develop practical skills and shows residents how to save money when furnishing their own home.

TENANCY RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tenancy rights and responsibilities build confidence and prepare residents for moving to independent living by equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed for successful tenancy sustainment.
